Where there's a will, there's a Subway.

Subway is my best friend. 

Tons of veggies, options of dairy-free bread, and specifically jalapenos. I love me some jalapenos. 
Seriously, get used to that word because it will be used a lot. 

Here is my go-to sammich. 

Italian bread, toasted with tomatoes and onions on it. 
Add any and every veggie you want. Ask for extra. It's all you eat, eat enough. 
Sometimes I add the yummy in my tummy Sweet Onion Sauce, however oil and vinegar with S&P works too. Less sugar that way, I'm sweet enough.

If chips are too hard to resist go with plain Baked Lays or Jalapeno Kettle chips. 

Water. No other options. 


Here is my lunch from 9-29. 

Delicious and nutritious. I teach multiple fitness classes on Mondays so I don't feel bad about eating the bread.
